Minisplit Installs in Greenville, Greer, Easley, Piedmont, Mauldin, & Surrounding Upstate SC Areas
What is a Minisplit?
A mini-split is a type of ductless heating and cooling system that lets you control the temperature in one room without relying on ductwork. It has two main parts: a quiet indoor unit mounted on the wall, and a small outdoor unit that connects with a few small refrigerant lines. Mini-splits are super efficient, quick to install, and perfect for spaces where traditional HVAC systems don’t make sense.

No Ductwork?
No Problem.
When Would I Want a Mini-split?
A mini-split is a good choice for any rooms that need temperature control, but don't have ductwork. Here are a few examples of ideal places to install one:
Garages or Workshops
You’ve turned your garage into a workspace, gym, or hangout spot, but it’s hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. A mini-split gives you year-round comfort without touching your main HVAC system.

Bonus Rooms or Finished Attics
These rooms are often too far from the main ductwork and stay too hot or too cold. A mini-split adds targeted heating and cooling without running new ducts.

Home Additions or Mother-in-Law Suites
Added a new room or converted a space? A mini-split gives independent comfort control without overloading your current system.

Older Homes Without Ductwork
Many homes were built before central air was common and don’t have space for ducts. A mini-split adds modern comfort without major renovation.

Sunrooms or Enclosed Porches
These areas get hit hard by outdoor temperatures. A mini-split keeps them usable year-round with quiet, efficient control.

Detached Buildings (She-sheds, Studios, Offices)
For buildings that don’t connect to your main HVAC system, a mini-split is a compact, cost-effective solution.
How Much Do Mini-Splits Cost?
