We founded this company with four siblings and one guiding principle,
"Our Family, Treating You Like Family."

Before creating Family Air, we worked for other companies. During that time we saw practices we we didn't feel good about. We saw upselling, we saw scare tactics, we saw commission-based sales, and we saw a lot of corners being cut for the sake of profits. None of it sat right with us.

After a night of talking, an important question was raised,
"What's stopping us from just starting our own company?"

And the answer to that question was, "A lot of things".

We needed our state license. We needed to buy equipment. We needed to create a website. The list of tasks we needed to do went on and on. Some days it felt insurmountable, but none of us have ever been quitters. 

So with hard work, a passion for doing the right thing, many family meetings, and a lot of laughter, Family Air was born.
